This microwave is HUGE!
The exterior is classy and modern, interior color at first seemed strange but the dark color has definetly grown on me. The sensor cooking is pretty darn accurate, just follow the chart. The power output is a little weak in its base setting, but it's energy efficient and you can always turn up the watts.

Had for a couple months ago and this microwave cooks evenly and works efficiently. I've been loving the sensor cooking on it the most especially for popcorn. I definitely recommend this.

It does everything you expect and more. It's great; it's pretty big so you don't have to worry about whether or not that tall cup or huge plate will fit in there, because it will. And I just love all the sensor cook and auto cook features!

the only downside is a loud noise at the beginning of every use, only lasts about a second so its not too bad. but it also started making a low but noticeable knocking sound for duration of every use.

light bulb went out within a year and apparently there is no easy way to replace it. manual says you have to take it to a service center - to change a light bulb. sad. :(

purchased dec 2017. 4 months later, a heating issue. july 2019 a funky smell while heating. nov 2019 it quit working all together and making a different purchase elsewhere. only had for 23 months!

ms19m8000as if i partially push the door open button the mwave starts cooking, if i let go of the button or push further to open the door then the cooking stops, very bad switch design safety issue.

this microwave is grossly underpowered for its size and price. it took well over 3 minutes to boil a glass of water for tea when my old microwave would do it in 2 minutes flat. not impressed so far.

Microwave lasted just 15 months. display has error code that the internet has full of comments about it happening. They do not make good on what is a known deficiency. Warranty is only a year despite knowing this defect is a very common issue. Now i have go worry when my TV's will start breaking down. Quality is not what it was i guess. I bought due to Brand loyalty...a mistake that will never happen again. Zero stars are not an option...STAY AWAY....

My husband purchased this microwave for me on 10/02/18 from Home Depot as a surprise gift, but was unable to give it to me until yesterday. When I registered it today, I noted that the manufacturer warranty expired in August, 2018, well before my husband purchased it. I contacted Samsung and was assured that Samsung will warrant our microwave for 12 months from the purchase date. I'm still learning how to use it!

My over the range unit from a different supplier went out so I needed a backup until our other could repaired. Bought the Samsung counter top and took it home. I don't think it was really right from the start, but we thought it was us. It totally quit working after 2 days. I called Home Depot and they were willing to exchange for another of the same model they had in stock. This one seems to be working but is really quite loud when in operation. We keep waiting for this one to also go out but it still seems to be working after a week. Like I said in the title - OK so far. It will take a while for us to feel confident about it.

I got this new and put trim kit around it. Now the door stopped functioning ( push button goes with ease ). Called customer service several times but they are not understanding the problem. I am asked to take it to service center but it requires the door to be open, then only I can unscrew trim kit and carry to the service center.
I do not recommend this product because it failed within 6 months.

Our old microwave had seen better days, so now I was in the market to purchase a new one. Did some research for several retailers and brands, finally settled on this Samsung microwave from Home Depot. Excellent choice. It's a beautiful design, and does it job well. Just wish it had a lighted key pad and the watts could be a little higher, but for the price and design, it was a good purchase !

I like the look of it. It is a little bigger than I wanted. My apartment counter is very small. I don't really like the push button door opener. I think it will be a problem soon. It has already gotten stuck once and I have only had it for a couple of weeks. The numbers are kind of hard to see. I wish the display were brighter behind the controls. Overall, I hope it will last 2 years.

I shopped all the major brands for a couple weeks before choosing this samsung microwave. In the stores i could turn them on and this was by far the most quiet. It heats things up like no ones business! the short cut buttons are perfect for those specific items such as heating up a mug of milk or water for tea, softening butter without boiling the cube of butter. its super easy to use and looks great too! For the size it beats its competition hands down!

Although this was the first Samsung product I owned, I find it to be the most reliable product I owned. Samsung's high quality microwave showed me the difference between other brands I have previously used. Its power and efficiency is quite outstanding. This product has a modern look with higher digital resolution.
